'Bridge' through my lens!

A Nikon coolpix L20 pic! I clicked it in Trivandrum.

The light is a 'bridge' between good and bad; night and day. In my click, you can see a bridge created by the sun.

'Art' through my lens!

I clicked this photo in December 2012 through Nikon coolpix L20.

One never miss a chance to visit Gate Way of India in Mumbai.
"Art never dies, neither our spirit" This statue of Shivaji keeps our spirit alive and hence only we could stand still against all the terrorist attacks. Kudos to TATAs for giving such a magnificent entry to the city.

An Afternoon at Reliance Digital Store!

I registered for a visit to Reliance digital store instantly when Indiblogger team posted about it. I was excited to know about the goodies in goodie-bag and an unforgettable experience at the store. I chose Mulund store as it was comparatively nearer to me. There was a lot of discussion on Indiforum about the experience and we were feeling more surprised day by day. Luckily I found two bloggers who were visiting the store on the same time as mine.

So we met at the entrance and decided to enter together to unwrap the surprise. And for the heaven’s sake the supporting staff recognized us at the entrance and we handover our Indiblogger invitations to them. We came to know that some Ms. Nidhi was waiting to receive us inside. I forgot to read my horoscope that day but it was really surprising day for me. We introduced ourselves to Ms. Nidhi and started to explore the store.

There were many Indibloggers who were busy in experiencing some latest entries in the world of gadgets. We started with smart phones as they are center of attraction nowadays. I could see a huge number of Reliance staff who was eagerly waiting to tell us about the new offers and information about latest gadgets. I really enjoyed experiencing iphone, Samsung note and nokia lumia. The touch screen laptops were really tempting to buy. The store was full of phones, laptops, washing machines, refrigerators, LCDs, Play stations, accessories and ipods. First time I came to see yogurt maker there. It was interesting.

I forgot to check the time and we easily spent some one and half hour exploring the gadgets. I instantly made a wish list to buy some gadgets in future. Ms. Nidhi took our pictures and video feedback.  We were informed that goodie bags would be couriered to us. I left the store with technical hangover in mind. I would never mind to spare my free time at reliance digital store in future. So friends visit a reliance digital store as soon as possible and keep updated yourself about new arrivals and you can even buy them and have them at your service.

Time for a Change!

Well this is my second post for the sake of change and for the sake of development in the villages of Bihar. It’s really an honor when someone does charity for our thoughts and opinions. But this is a need of the hour to debate this issue of security of women and sort it out as soon as possible. I mentioned some solutions in my first post like self security and respecting the women until these campaigns and stricter laws hunt the monsters in you. But some contradicted my way. I agree that my solutions were bit slower with the time but they were not useless. We need to apply them.

So I am here to churn the issue more. Once I had a sci-fi solution on this. I had an idea to develop an electronic chip which can detect the frequency of your brain waves while you get the extreme feelings and it will change the frequency or at least will give a signal. But when I did some basic research, I found that brain is itself very complex topic to study for doctors and scientists. So obviously an engineer like can’t move a stick in it. Coming to the reality, you can’t really keep a record of what those insane people have in mind while behaving out of the track. Only possible solution is to have stricter laws at least to create fear in our mind before any emotions overcome us.

I am sounding a member of some human rights campaign or community who always try to prove that criminals are also human beings. But they don’t understand that we don’t punish criminals for the sake of their crimes or the justice to the victims. Obviously those reasons are one of the top priorities. But one of the main priorities is to create some fear in people not to act like this. Our ‘slow’ Indian judiciary system is also responsible for the increasing number of crimes day by day. If we are giving the death punishments after 15 or 20 years, then who is really responsible for the crimes happened in those 15-20 years. People will never know about the results of their coward acts. Secondly I will request all the people whosoever concerned to reach to people via audio, video and written articles. People have many things to separate good and bad. It’s our duty to showcase the good. I can only conclude here that it’s time for a change!

We Live Because We Chat

In today’s world when everyone is busy in their own work, we don’t have time to hangout with friends or to party with them. But some geeks took it seriously and coded an app called ‘We Chat’ through which we can still be connected and can get to know every activity of our friends. Today I got a chance to invite five or more dead or alive people from this world to hangout with me on ‘We Chat’. I thought a lot and these people would be Rafael Nadal, Adolf Hitler, JRD Tata, Leonardo DiCaprio, Veer Savarkar and my granny.

Rafael Nadal: Only two words can define you: Vamos Rafa! I first saw you in 2008 French open and fell in love with tennis because of you. I like your aggression and the use of forehand and backhand shots. I wish to watch you live but I don’t think I will be able to make that much money until you retire. I wish you great career ahead and hope you to break Federer’s world record. I thank you for teaching me aggression and ‘not to give up’ qualities which I can apply in my life.

Adolf Hitler: First of all I want to condemn the way you killed Jewish people forgetting humanity. It wasn’t the way to show your anger. You could have made the laws stricter if they were creating trouble. I did not choose you on this group to complain about you. I am here to thank you for showing me how much one can love his country. Today I am ready to sacrifice whatever it takes for India and it is just because of you. I wish you could have a better life and some respect in this world.

JRD Tata: Sir, I am your admirer. Once I read a biography on you and decided to achieve at least one percent of what you achieved. Your business skills, punctuality, flying adventures, loyalty to your customers, skills to choose right people and many more things were inspiration for me. You structured whole building on the pillars created by your father Ratan Tata and Jamshedji Tata. I want to thank you for creating my interest in entrepreneurship.

Leonardo DiCaprio: I come to know the top level of acting when I watch your movies. I like those actors who act real. They don’t give feeling that they are really acting. I like your free actions. Seriously I didn't really watch English movies. But now I watch them a lot. I wish to watch more from you, some unforgettable classics.

Veer Savarkar: I called you here to say sorry. You did a lot for our country, even sacrificed your life. Your way was aggressive which wasn't well accepted that time but it really created an impact. But I really feel shameful about what you got in return, a false punishment without knowing the truth. Those people should get hell in afterlife who didn't speak a word though knowing the truth. I guarantee that Maharashtra will always remember you.

My granny: You crated a void in our lives when you left us three years back. I salute you for your quality to change according to time. I never felt that you were born in 1930’s. Your respect for education, females was really admirable. Your poems were too awesome. You remember I used to write poems when I was in school. Now I write blog. I wish you would be here so that I could read it for you. I think I got all these writing skills from you. We miss you!

Be Bold Stay Real

I am writing on Be Bold Stay Real at BlogAdda

The title says everything. These two are needs of the hour. According to Hindu mythology we are living in a very dangerous period of all time called ‘kaliyuga’. It’s not false if you track doen all the events from few years back. I am just confused whether it started from world war one or when some human cum animals brutally molested women and slaughtered humanity during India-Pakistan partition. One can’t change this trend of insanity. It will take time to rediscover the positive in this world. But we just can’t ignore the trouble we are facing. Our lifespan is very short to do something socially benefitted. Hence the only way to face the current situation is to Be Bold! It’s about finding yourself in you. The confidence of doing anything with a touch of success should be running through your veins. If devil is on your way, you should be able to haunt him down. Being bold is nothing but having courage to transform bad into good and iron into gold!

But with every good step some human emotions follow you to pull back. There is a word ‘over’ which can be prefixed and can change the meaning of your any work. Excitement can lead you to great invention, while overexcitement will always turn you down. Whatever you do just should not exceed the limit. It is nothing but staying real. It’s about keeping out feet on the ground. Many people used to forget themselves while on the top. They make a virtual surrounding of extra happiness and live there with arrogance without realizing the fact that they are digging a pothole for themselves. Hence the second most needed thing for a human being is to Stay Real!

Chicken leg played the twist!

I was dating Shalu for last three years but never felt the love or need for first two years. It all started with friendship and we discovered each other in a relationship. But I was feeling something different from last six months. So I planned to go real and asked her for the dream date. Shalu is always ready to go type girl. She was so excited and I found it difficult to keep secrets from her.

I arranged the small party cum date at my home to avoid the gupshup in my friends and family. I was so lucky that my family was on tour in Kashmir leaving me whole home to decorate for my dream date. The theme for the date was red. I put red curtains, table covers and whatever red things I had. I chose a soothing music for the evening. The romantic songs from 60’s to latest genre were adding colours to the party. I put some balloons on curtains and put some candles at the borders of the hall.

I chose a rectangular table and put red velvet on it. I had red carpet from door to the table with lily flowers at the border of the carpet. ‘Ajeeb dastan hai ye’ was running on the system when she came. She just could not believe with the arrangements. When she reached to the table, there was a cake on it with toppings of Apple cinnamon conserve from kitchens of India. We first cut the cake and headed for a dance with a sip of Champaign after the cake. We both are really the ‘bhukkad’ type people who eat a lot and who like to taste new dishes. Hench I decided to try totally new taste in the market and had ordered some ‘heat and ready to eat’ food from kitchens of India.

We started with crispy starters and had Mughlai paneer, chicken darbari with naan for the dinner. We just could not stop talking. She was looking beautiful in her blue dress, just like icing on the cake. And then the most awaited dish of that night came on the table, special Hyderabadi birynani. She promised me a kiss for the mouth watering menu and the marvellous taste of food. When she took a bite of chicken leg she screamed with a pain and then smiled in surprise. There was a ring in it. Her eyes met mine. And finally I truly proposed her to be my soul mate for the rest of my life.

Brace yourself, Storme is coming!

It was my first ‘unforgettable’ IndiBlogger meet powered by TATA Safari Storme. I was waiting to attend a meet and my dream came true when IndiBlogger announced this meeting. I was stunned and surprised by the pictures and information about the meeting. I was overexcited and started to count the days after registration. The one thing I could not believe that I was going to meet 250+ bloggers in the meeting. And the day came and I reached at the venue before the time. First I felt unnoticed but it was the turning point. The early birds came to my rescue and we became friends in few seconds. When I entered the chitrakoot grounds I could smell the air of adventure which I was going to experience in coming hours.

I was expecting a flood of bloggers but traffic played its trick. And Indi team welcome us with the shower of exciting gifts from sleeping bags to cameras. Though I didn’t win any, but I really felt crisp with the thought that they were distributing some expensive stuff there for hardly any reason. After a small introduction by everyone we were divided into random groups of twenty and headed towards the battle ground for a surprised task. We had to pull the giant TATA Safari Storme. Our group registered third best time but only top two teams qualified for the finals. Meanwhile I continued to make new friends and finding some hotshot tips from their experiences. I was happy for the fact that Tata Safari team RT my tweet, because it was my first time in my twitter history.

Further we headed for our dream adventure, the Tata Safari Storm extreme drive experience. I froze at the place while watching others. The drivers were more than drunk. I instantly planned to join their training program to learn such a wild driving. The event was awesomely planned. We never felt that we were taking risks by getting into storme. It was so smooth and we wanted to do it again and again. After a small chitchat our stomach started to give signals to taste the mouth watering menu as told by the regulars. And it was as par our expectations. We started with ‘Paneer Tikka’ and finished with three desserts in a row. In between we really don’t remember what we ate and what we left. We received the token of appreciation in form of Indi t-shirt for attending the meet. The t-shirt was so loved that I could not take it off for next two days. This IndiMeet came as a gift for my vacations taking me into another world, a world of bloggers with different tastes and mindsets. Some write finance or some just create puzzles to puzzle you. At the end I only believed that I am doing something good and it will just get better.
